The system is not sending emails to any of the responders or when a form is sent in. I did change my email password and have added a new email address in the system. Please help

Upon checking the mail logs of the email address set as the recipient of the email notification of the form on the website you shared with us, I found that the email notifications are being sent via SMTP. Which means the email notifications are not being sent from JotForm.
I would suggest that you try changing the sender email of the email notification of your form to JotForm's default sender email — noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com and make test submissions.

Or, you can also check the issue with your email service provider.
