Hi,
I integrated my form in Dropbox or GoogleDrive.
However in both cases no submissions/file will show up in the created folder (which was created sucessfully). I attached you a screenshot (jotform.png)
I followed intstructions such as:

Please show me how to make the integration sucessfully including the submissions.

I have tested the issue that you described on a clone version of your form integrated with my Dropbox account and Google Drive account. However, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
Please note that the integrations were created prior to submissions.
Have you tried using a different Dropbox/Google Drive account?
May I also suggest that you try removing the current integrations and create a new one?
