Credit card CVC code keeps saying incorrect.

    A client is trying to make a payment for services. She keeps telling me that my form says "the CVC is incorrect". Could that be an error on her end because I've never had that issue with any other clients. I was thinking she is typing the number in wrong. Or are there certain types of payments we only accept?

    Hi Tammi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your Summer Camp Registration form and I can see that it is currently integrated with Stripe. To the best of my knowledge, Stripe does accept most of the cards. However, it would be best to check with this. As for the CVC code, it can be an issue with the client entering incorrect numbers or there might be an issue with their card. Since the cards are processed by Stripe it would be best to check with Stripe support to see if they have more information on this. Additionally, you can ask the client to use a different card if possible.

    Thank you for your response. I gave her this information and it appears that she was using a wrong card.
