Hello,
As far as I understand, you refer to this form https://www.jotform.me/form/82253500501442
I was testing it with several mobile devices, but I have not experienced any noticeable delays on images load:
Could you please test the form using different connection to check if your current connection is causing the issue?
We can also test the form with specific device if you tell us which one you have used.
Thank you.

Hi Victoria ,
the phone that has problems are IPhone 6 , IPhone 5 SE , Sunsung s8. This form is supposed to be submitted through the employee at the market
if the connect is not well. They will get the pictures only 3 or 4.
Muy doesn’t like text or table.
Do we have any solution over this ?

Hello,
I still can not re-create the issue on my end. Is your form embedded to a web page?
If yes, could you provide us the link so we checked it too?

On testing the form in different phones (iPhone 5SE, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S), I could not replicate this issue.
Would you mind letting us know the browser where you are testing? I have tested in Safari and Chrome and it is working for me.
Here's a GIF:
Also, I would suggest you place Mobile Responsive Widget in your form.
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive
You may also refer to this guide to make your form mobile responsive:

Let us know if this workaround worked.
Thanks.

Hi . U all are amazing team . Fast response and supportive.
And yes , it works well. I use widget mobile responsive as well as change the height of image widget to 1600 to fit with form. And avoid being cut off.
Thanks u all. Your comment are so effective and save me
