Storage notification

I am getting regular communications that I will shortly run out of space for uploads, while I am, according to the account records, slightly over half of my allotted storage.

That makes it very difficult to take you seriously when you do contact me about real issues.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account and can see that the Upload Limit is currently at 5.9 GB/10.00 GB. The notification you received is a reminder message that the account might reach the Upload Limit based on the current upload receive rate. In this way, you will be aware ahead of time and avoid any inconvenience when the limit has been reached. Rest assured that you still have enough Upload Space on your account and be able to continue receiving submissions from the forms.

I also understand that you no longer want to receive any emails like this from Jotform. This can be done in a few clicks. Let me show you how:

    1. On My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to Subscriptions and select which type of emails you want to stop receiving, or click the box next to Turn off all Jotform emails.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
