Skipt to the Next page condition depending on user's age is not working

Hi, I am trying to screen out the participants from my survey who are not the right fit to my target profiles.

For example I don't want anyone under 24 and over 74 in my survey form. So if I am entering 23 and screening myself out, the very next page is showing as a list of all termination/screenout question points which is GIVING AWAY to the participants on what exactly they need to select to qualify.

    THIS IS WRONG!!!

    How do we rectify this?

    Hello Romel,

Thanks for your patience. I noticed that you have created skip conditions in your form. Please note that the form cannot be completed if some required fields are not filled, and skipping to a page does not automatically set those fields to not required. To fix this, you need to create a set of conditions that will set the skipped fields as not required.

I have fixed the conditions in my demo form. To inspect how I did the condition, you may clone the form to your account by following this guide.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Sheena,

Now I am clicking on I CONSENT and still screening out. Something you did has broken that logic and I cant figure out whats wrong. Please help.

And I don't want a participant to try and complete the survey again once they have completed OR screened themselves out. How can we apply that logic?

    Hi Romel,

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. It seems that you've used a Section header for that condition, that's why it's not working. Take a look at the screenshot below:

To fix the issue, you can replace the Section Header with the Paragraph field. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Add Form element menu.
    2. Add a Paragraph element and edit or customize the text.
