How do I change the tab lables?

I forgot how to change the tab lables. the answer provided previously was not the correct instruction. I rememberhaving to get on the phone with customer service last tiem but now I don't remember how to change that.

My form is supposed to have tabs for the differnet applicants and they are supposed to be applicant 9 and applicant 10. They still say appliicant 7 and 8 from last year. Please help

I figured it out.
The firm tabs widget is at the bottom of my form.
