How to pass the value from the Single Choice's selected option to the Name field?

can this be used to copy single choice answer into a name field?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. First Name and Last Name are two separate fields in the Name element, hence this condition does not work as expected. It works best with a Short Text element and renaming the field to Name.

1. In the Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.

2. In the Basic tab, click or drag and drop the Short Text element into the form.

3. Click on the gear icon to open Properties. Rename the Field Label.

You can then pass the value from the Single Choice to the Short Text (Name).

1. In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the list that appears, click on Conditions.

3. Select Update/Calculate Field and create the condition below:
