Hello,
On July 21st, I upgraded my acct. to the silver plan. However I received an email today saying that my account has almost reached 3 payments per month this month. My invoice # is 587C2E7-0001. Please let me know how I can access the silver plan. Thank you!

I have checked your account and you are under the Silver monthly. Checked your mail logs and found the email about reached three payments for free user.
Kindly ignore that email as you are under the Silver subscription.
