We are changing websites. How can we add the JotForm link to the new website?

Hey @lakesidevet - If your intention is to embed the form on your new website, the default script embed codes should work.

If it doesn't or if it causes script conflicts with your website, then the iframe embed codes would be the second best option.

Otherwise, if all you needed to do is add a link to your website (like this link for example), then just grab your form's URL and add it as a link to your website.

If you don't have an option to add a link, you can go with the usual HTML codes like the ones shown below:
