Hi There,
My forms are running slow, what can you suggest to help them run faster from page to page?

I cloned your form to test it and once all the images in the form loaded, progression from page to page was pretty seamless. This is the form I checked:

If that is the form causing trouble or if that form continues to load slowly, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Thanks For the response, I think the problem is with the website. Please try https://www.insurancedoctors.co.uk/life-insurance-quote
It does load faster on a laptop, however, is terribly slow on mobile, any help would be appricited

Hello,
I have tested your form through it's direct URL and embedded one.
The loading time is pretty the same. However, it takes a bit longer on your web page, because page's other elements are being loaded first.
It seems that the most time is spent to load the background image. I can suggest to remove it or to replace with your custom image (smaller).
Please try this form without background to see the effect: https://form.jotform.com/82143845216960
Let us know if you need more help.

Thank you, I will try this ASAP. Final question, if I Upgrade my account and buy more space will this help my forms run faster or is the additional space this just for the storage of information we hold?

Upgrading an account would not speed up form loading speed. Traffic is prioritized the same regardless of if the account has a subscription. The additional space is indeed only for file storage.
