Participant forms has stopped sending email confirmation

    Our customers normally fill in their liability waiver and then we get an email confirmation. I have watched the jotform video and have reset our email notifications off and then back on but we are still not receiving anything! I have sent a SC to you can see we have it set up to send emails but we aren't receiving any emails.

    Please advise.

    Hi Ivy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the email log, I saw there's no email sent to service@bonzabiketours.com (the email for receiving notification email). Can you share the form URL to us to have a check? At the same time, I cleared your form cache. Please try again and see if the issue has been resolved.
