We are preparing to send out a very extensive survey to all our residents (over 2,000). We have prepared a form using a likert format in order to get our best results (we believe). Now we have the problem of tabulation of the results. Is there any chance we can get some help to see if, or what, we can do in order to tabulate submissions as to their preferences.
The form url is https://form.jotform.com/82014526684154
We are not professionals and we may not be using the right element. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. What and how exactly you want to tabulate the submissions?
Please explain your question a bit more in detail with an example screenshot and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will wait for your response.

rgannonReplied on July 25, 2018 at 3:43 PMThanks for the quick reply. It is not really a problem, we love jotform and are very pleased with our beginnings with surveys. This is a rather important survey and
we are trying to make sure we can tabulate the results….. and, we don’t know if we are using the right element
As I said earlier, this is the url for the form https://form.jotform.com/82014526684154
We thought we could apply a number to each fo the rows and then have a way to tabulate the results.
Strongly Disagree = -2
Disagree = -1
Neutral = 0
Agree = 1
Strongly Agree = 2
We sent out a sampling to about 25 people in our community including board members and received their submissions. That worked great, but we had to manually
count and add the numbers in order to get a final number…
For example:
3 - Disagrees (-3)
2- Agrees (2)
1 Strong Agree (2)
equals = +1
Can we do this with some widget or some way to translate the words to numbers ?
I know I am not explaining myself, but if you would look at the form, you might get a better idea of what I am trying to explain.
Thanking you you in advance

You can use Form Calculation widget to get the values of your survey.
Select your survey and add it to the form calculation.
Then add each survey.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
