I got in touch months ago and still not had an update? I will seriously need to change provider if this is not sorted pretty soon it's making me look a right fool.
The placeholders that replace user content and make emails and stuff look personal don't display on the pdf's. Apparently this was just a UK problem and not in USA. Your colleague stated that it would be looked into asap and rectified. The pdf downloads i send to clients STILL contain the placeholder text. Is there really any way this can be sorted quickly please it is very unprofessional to say the least?

https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/71523669184362I have made lots of tests and analyzed the issue. It seems that the problem is specific to that form.
Apparently this was just a UK problem and not in USA.
Based on my tests, this issue is not region related.
In order to fix this, if it's not a problem for you, I suggest you Clone the Form and use the Cloned Form from now on.

The issue should not be present in the cloned form.

OMG! It worked!
Not sure why. I will clone the rest of the forms because it does the same on those too. Fantastic help and support. Thank you so much you are a genius.
