Is this possible in Jotform?
I need a form for a music summer camp that will only allow a set amount of registrants to sign up for an instrument at a certain age/age group.
For example, for “guitar”, we can only take:
One 8 year old
Two 9 year olds
Three 10 year olds
Seven 11-13 year olds
Seven 14-16 year olds
Same thing with “drums”, we can only take
One 8 year old
Two 9 year olds
Three 10 year olds
Seven 11-13 year olds
Seven 14-16 year olds
And so on and so forth with “keyboards”, “vocals”, and “bass guitar”.
How do I set the conditions to make it so when one 8 year old guitar player signs up, the option for an 8 year old guitar player disappears off the form? And when the second 9 year old guitar player signs up, that option will disappear, as well. I’ve been doing it manually for the past 5 years and it’s a lot of work.
I don’t know if that makes sense- but I’m hoping someone can help me.

Unfortunately, that is not possible to achieve with the conditional logic.
However, we have widgets that you can use to limit available slots. For example:

Hope this meet what you are looking for.

Thank you! Ok, next question- on the Appointment slots widget- let's say someone signs up for for one of the spots, then cancel it- how do I put it back to it's original amount available?
For instance- someone signs up for the 8 year old drummer spot.. so the form will then say "FULL" for 8 year old drummers. But then they cancel, so I need to set it back to "1 spot available". How do I do that?
