We have some Issue for payment! Our Bank said that it is CVC Level of your website is lower than the Bank. So, before I upgrade my plan at your webpage, I alway need to contact to bank to reduce the security level. Please kindly support to me.

Sorry, but we only integrate our payment with our payment processor. It is your bank that declines the payment so you need to get in touch with your bank about this incident.
It seems like your card is limited to some online purchase. If it happens with your other online transactions, it is best to reach out to your bank to rectify this.
