Hi Franz,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Paid Plans are only available in Monthly or Yearly. If you will be using the service for only 4 months, we suggest you just subscribe to the Monthly Plan. For the Monthly Plan, once you start the subscription, it will notify you every end of your subscription to renew. If you want it automatic, you can also enable auto-renew. Once you no longer need the added limit, you can cancel the plan anytime. Let me show you how to Upgrade:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
And this is how you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
Please also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
Let us know if you need any more help.
