Hello! I am looking to create a check-in form for my food pantry that would allow shoppers to (1) create a profile with their household demographics and contact info and (2) pull up their profile to check-in when they return to shop (saving them the time from reentering all their data). Any advice on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create two forms where the first one is a form that gets your user information. You can then use the first form to prefill the second form when they return to your shop. Prefilling your form using another form is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Form Prefill.
    3. Select the form that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
    4. Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.
