why the PDF is so big after submission

My original form is only 911KB, why it becomes over 5MB after submission, How to make the size smaller as there is a limit of 5MB. They are all data, no image, why is that?

Is it because of the font type of the output or any reason?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results: 

Are you seeing an error in your approval email showing that the PDF file size exceeds the 5 MB limit? To troubleshoot, can you please remove the approval field and add it again?

You haven't explained to me why the file will be so big as they are all data but no graphic or image

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having issues with the PDF file size. Normally, the PDF file size increases depending on the size of the form and the data entered/uploaded on that form. Have you tried my colleague's suggestion above to delete and re-add the approval flow? If not, can you try it and also try clearing your browser's cache.

Can you also try cloning the form to check if the issue persists? This is only to determine if this is about the PDF or that particular form. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Forms and select the form.
2. Click on More on the right.
3. Choose Clone from the menu.
