    Hi Jenny,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Adding a Submit button to your form is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builderin the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Build.
    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Scroll down, and drag and drop a Submit button to your form.

Can you try to disconnect your form and add PayPal again? It’s easy to connect your PayPal Business Integration. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payments tab, select PayPal Business.
    3. In the menu on the right side of the screen, click on Connect. That will redirect you to the PayPal page to connect your account.
    4. Enter the necessary information and connect your account with your form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks, sorry. Didn't work.

Added button. It is inactive. Just says "please wait"

Paypal is already connected. Already been through reconnecting it.

Can you please look at my page?

    Hi Jenny,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your PayPal Business integration with Jotform isn't working, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check your Jotform's payment settings: Check your Jotform payment settings to ensure they are correct. Make sure you have entered the correct PayPal Business account information and that your payment settings are configured to work with PayPal.
    2. Check your PayPal Business account settings. Log into your PayPal Business account and ensure that it is properly configured. Ensure that your account is verified and that your payment settings are correct.
    3. Test your integration. Create a test form and make a test payment to ensure that the integration is working properly. If the payment goes through successfully, the integration is functioning properly. If there is an issue with the payment, then you may need to investigate further to find the root cause of the problem.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

yes, did 1, 2 and 3. (yes the integration works when I just choose a product - its not working for when I want a subscription.)

I tried a test page, its all systems go it seems.

When I set up a "product page the button appears autoamtically. It doesnt appear when I set up a subscription page.

    Hi Jenny,

Thanks for getting back to us.  Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks, I’ve tried everything I know how to do.

when I click the submit button it just says please wait and nothing happens.

To me, what is different about setting up this subscription form is that it did not automatically create the PayPal button, I had to add the button - after you told me how to.

In the set up process for the subscription form there is the same button questions (size, shape, colour etc) but then it doesn’t show up when the page is created? It seems to me that’s where the issue is, but there’s no way for me to get the button to appear automatically, as it did on every other page it set up prior to this. It works on the test page, the button shows up automatically, I don’t need to add it.

Thanks for looking into it, I don’t know why it’s so hard to set up. ( I had the same problem trying to set up a simple audio button for people to listen to a simple audio track , in the end I gave up and used a link instead…. And that’s what I’m doing now, because I need that payment link working now. I’ve set up a link to go to PayPal because the button doesn’t work.

I’m going to delete the PayPal subscription buttons from Jotform that I sent up because they just don’t work easily.

I have got a link from PayPal for a button, but no button to use it on that works. So it’s going to have to be a link instead.

I would like a resolution please because the workaround doesn’t look professional. They really should be a button to go to PayPal.

This feature is something that I need, being able to offer recurring payments or subscriptions with a button that works.

otherwise, this is something that really puts me off using Jotform or recommending it
