Form Encryption: Can the access code be changed?

    Can I change the access code after it's been established, assuming I know the current code(which I do)?

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, once the access code for Form Encryption is set up, you won't be able to reset or change it. Make sure to store it safely as once you forget it, the data is considered lost as it can't be decrypted.
