I have a person trying to register for our Awards Registration, on jot form (https://form.jotform.com/SARAcad/2018 ), but is having difficulties. Here are some messages I have been receiving from her:
I am trying to submit the registration form and payment, however I keep getting an “Unknown Error” message highlighting the Expiration Date section of the CC info. All information is correct.
It is still not working. Now I got a different message- full page “Payment Error- must got back and fix”
I am paying with Amex- could this be the issue? I don’t see anywhere that it is not accepted.
This is the first problem we've encountered with the JotForm registration. Can you shine any light on this issue, please??? Incidentally, we received a different registration through JotForm today also, with no problems.

Hi Dennis,
I did a test submission to your form using Sample AMEX Card and here's the error I received:
Just to confirm, is that the error you're referring? Please let us know so we can proceed to troubleshoot the problem.

Yes, that is the message the person received, when trying to register with an Amex card.
