Can we add the alter which can confirm whenever someone clicks on the Back button and did not save the draft?

Is there a way to set up a condition so that when the "Back" button is pressed, you are prompted to confirm you want to leave without saving any changes or go back to the beginning of a document?

    Hi Eagle West Group,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the conditional logic on the back button or on the page break, as they are not fields. So, what you are looking for is not possible. I can see you are already using the Save and continue later on feature on your form, and that is helpful to see the draft submission from the Jotform table. Here is a relevant guide you can check it out.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for that information.

Is there a way to edit when reviewing answers after hit "Submit"? or Cancel out and go bac to the beginning without saving any entries?

    Hi Eagle West Group,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the Review Before Submit widget this will allow your form fillers to review their answers and can go back before form submissions. But, not after the form submission. If you add the edit link, on the auto-responder, then your form fillers will be able to receive the confirmation email with the edit link where they will be able to edit their submission. Here is a relevant guide you can review it. Let me walk you through the steps:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    • Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
    • After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:

You can also add the reset button on your form, where your form fillers will be able to clear all the fields on their form before they submit. Here are the steps:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, select the submit button.
    • Click on the black gear icon to open the properties of the submit button.
    • Select the Advanced option. Turn the toggle on for the Reset Button. That's it.
