Pulling UTM Parameters from Multiple Campaigns through ONE form

    Hi there!

I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and the solutions online are no help.

We use Keap/InfusionSoft for our lead gen and we want to feed all four of our Google Campaigns to our Homepage, where our JotForm would, ideally, collect the appropriate UTM parameters that are unique to each campaign.

When I used the URL on our Google campaign in my web browser directly and fill out the form, I can see the parameters in our CRM and in the inbox. But when I have other people do it, with the same URL, nothing pulls through. They ARE using the URL I'm sending them and also using, that contains the parameters.

I need help, please! Is this not possible? Before, we had to set up separate forms and separate landing pages for every campaign, but our homepage seems to work better for our lead gen even though it's not best practices, so we NEED to be able to capture this tracking data from multiple google campaigns via a single JotForm.

Hi there, this is the URL; it does not appear to be working with our jotform, it knows it's a paid ad and that's it.

    https://apex-social.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=google-search&utm_campaign=specific&utm_id=spec-needs&utm_term={keyword}

The jotform has hidden fields set up like this:

field label; utm_campaign, unique name: utm_campaign.

So on and so forth for source, etc.

We feed all of our campaigns to this one page with this one form and need to be able to capture the utm parameters data.

    Hi Nicole,

Have you tried to reintegrate Keap into your form? If not, then here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Click the Keap Integration on the Integrations window.
    4. Click on the Remove Integration Button.Pulling UTM Parameters from Multiple Campaigns through ONE form Image 1 Screenshot 60

    Hi there,

This does not help us, unfortunately. We are aware of how to integrate keap with our forms and set-up a form. The issue is that the jotform is not pulling our UTM parameters in from any of our ad campaigns. Therefore, in Keap, all of our leads are only coded as new leads from jotform, we cannot see the campaign source, etc. We are running 4 campaigns, each with 1-3 ad sets. We need to know which lead came from which campaign and which ad set while using only ONE form.

    Hi ApexSocialMarketing,

After checking your website, it seems like the parameters of the URL are unable to reach the form itself. We have also noticed that you are not using Jotform to show the form itself. Could you try embedding the form using Lightbox? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab.

    2. Click on the Embed tab, then select Lightbox from the options.

    3. Click on the Copy Code button and Paste it on your website.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
