So for our non profit, when staff request a check to be printed for ministry usage, they submit a Purchase Request form via JotForm. I then take that information, approve or decline the request, and then input the information they provide into Quickbooks as a check to be printed and it gets added to a queue. I was wondering if you all would have a solution to automatically add the checks that are requested into the queue as the requests are submitted and approved.

One issue is having quickbooks select the right categorization, but that could somehow be a part of the integration setup on my end.
