    Hi Hemdat,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. The spreadsheet widget can't read some of the column labels written in Hebrew alphabet. Also, short lines included in your multiple cells (b11, c11, d11, e11, e11, f11, g11) shown as an error in the widget. What you can do is, to create Spreadsheet using different language, or, creating it once again. Check out the screencast below to see my result after removing the fields that cause an error:Spreadsheet Widget: Error at A11: Unexpected token &: Hebrew characters Image 1 Screenshot 40

    When I created a new Spreadsheet, I've copied the column labels written in Hebrew into default values and there were no issues. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, select your Spreadsheet and then click on the Wand icon.
    2. Remove every default value that includes short line or Hebrew letters.
    3. Copy column label and paste it to default value fieldSpreadsheet Widget: Error at A11: Unexpected token &: Hebrew characters Image 2 Screenshot 51
    4. Lastly, click on Update Widget.

    We also have a guide on How to Set Up the Spreadsheet Widget that you can check out.

    Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi,

    I have been using this specific form, with the widget, for two years without any issues. I cannot change my workflows or tables right now. I urgently request that you fix the problem and restore the form to its previous working state (I haven't made any changes to the form). This is a form where lecturers report their hours and wages, and because it's not working, people are not getting paid!

    Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

    Hi Hemdat,

    Formulas cannot take quotation marks or two equal signs:

    a11 = " =שעות ושכר"

    Formulars are operands and require a valid syntax to work properly.

    Do tell us what you want cell A11 to do, and we can advise on the correct formula for that cell.
