Form Collaboration: Generate collaboration link with permanent access

How can you permanently give someone access? Having the link expire every 3 days is annoying and inconvenient.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you're referring to the Form Collaboration link. Unfortunately, the collaboration link expires after 72 hours and it's currently not possible extend nor have a permanent link. You will have to generate a new link after it expires.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.
