iFrame: Height defaults to zero

I have something happening that is really weird. I  have a contact form created and it worked just fine until about a month ago. Now if you view the form any larger than 980 pixels the form disappears. I've tried it on multiple computers and different browsers with same result. So I'm not sure if it's an issue with the form itself or something in the page itself in Adobe Muse that's causing the issue. Any help you could provide would be great.

I see the problem you are facing. It seems the height for the iframe is defaulting to zero.

Can you please try embedding your form again using the iframe minus the script section.

For example you see here i have blurred out the script section below.
