Can you please a screenshot to illustrate what you mean? Where do you want to add a box? If you want to send the autoresponder to the user if he agrees to, you can simply create condition to trigger the autoresponder if the user agrees to receive it: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

i mean this checkbox in global settings for our account, why do we have to tick it?
Does this mean we have to manually add a 'i consent' button to all our forms or?
