I have checked your Square Payment Integration and it seems you may have used Test Mode in your Form.
Kindly change it to Live Mode and let us know if the issue still remains.

It still reads the same error even after I switched it to live.
Does client need to fill out another form or the original form was updated once I change it to live ?

Upon checking, your payment field is still in "Test" mode. Please change it to live so your clients can complete the submission. Otherwise, they will continue to see the error and won't be able to complete the form.
Once you change it to live, the original form will be updated.

The square is resolved however it look like the form that may not have credit card information . People are saying they filled out however on my end credit card information isn’t even shown .. so they have to fill and resubmit which is changing my submission totals per month I have had 3 do two submissions already

To clarify, you're not receiving email notifications with the credit card information?
Kindly remove your email notification and it again.
This resets all placeholder for your fields so that no single data will be missed in your form's notification email.
Please let us know if the issue still remains.
