I need a line item in payments where my customers can key in the amount they want to pay instead of selecting a quantity. Please instruct me on how to set that up. Thank you

Hi cowboysstarsofthecarolinas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to your form 241374361957059 and do you want the "If you are purchasing your travel pack in full, please record the amount you are paying." product in the Product List to allow your form respondents to enter their preferred amount?
Since you are using the Sell Products as the Product Type, it is currently not possible to enter a user-defined amount. However, as a workaround, you can use the Quantity to label it as an Amount and change it to a text box. Here's how to do it:
- Select the "If you are purchasing your travel pack in full, please record the amount you are paying." product and click the Gear icon on the right.
- Go to the Options tab.
- Hover your mouse over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
- Set the 'Show Quantity on the Form as' to the Text Box option and the Label to Amount.
- Click the Save Quantity button at the bottom.

You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
- Select the "If you are purchasing your travel pack in full, please record the amount you are paying." product and click the Gear icon on the right.
