Account Suspended: Sent emails more than threshold

    I have been suspended from having access to my account, how do I obtain the data submitted from the form completed?

    This is my first time using this platform after a referral from a friend. This hasn’t been the best experience at all.

    Hi Ruth,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues logging in to your account. After checking. your account was suspended because you exceeded the email threshold. For Starter accounts, the limit is 10 invite emails per day and 20 email notifications per hour. Paid accounts are allowed to send 100 notifications per hour. The daily email limit resets each day. I have reinstated your account, and you can now log in without any issues.
