    Hi Nelly,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you working on form 233247578420054? If so, it looks like you are integrating the form with Authorized.net but haven't completed the integration yet. You will need to enter your Authorize.net API Login and Transaction Key to complete the integration. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Product List and click the wand icon.
    2. Under Gateway Credentials, enter the API Login and Transaction Key.
    3. Click Save to apply the changes.

We have a guide in using the Authorized.net integration that you may check for your reference.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi vizionitliveittravel,

Thanks for getting back to us. I am quite uncertain about what you are trying to achieve with your form. Can you share with us more details about your form, and if you can send us a screenshot of the error you were getting during submission of the form, that would help us to understand more about it and provide resolution. Here's a guide on how to post a screenshot to the support forum:

    1. Open the thread in your browser. If you got a reply via email, there should be a button at the bottom that says View this thread. Click that button to open your thread in a new tab.

    2. Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see the Your Answer section.

    3. This is where you will reply. Click the Add Image button, as shown in the screenshot below:

    4. Next, paste the image URL or upload the image from your PC. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.

    5. Finally, click the Post Answer button in the thread to send your reply, which includes the image.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi vizionitliveittravel,

Thanks for getting back to us, Are you getting this error when submitting the form?

Error Message after submitting the form Image 1 Screenshot 20If yes, like what my colleague mentioned above, you need to set up your payment integration via Authorized.net by entering the Authorize.net API Login and Transaction Key. I understand you don't intend to charge the customer and only view the information. Card information entered through any of our payment integrations will not be visible. These are sensitive financial information and we need to be in line with our PCI certification,

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello vizionitliveittravel,

Thanks for getting back to us. I assume you wanted to view the user's card information. We regret to inform you that collecting Credit Card Information is not possible as it violates Jotform's Terms of Use. Our PCI certification mandates that we prohibit the collection of credit card details on regular forms, regardless of the circumstances.

If you need to collect the payment details and charge the user later, you can use one of our Payment Processor Integrations and then use the Payment Authorization feature.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
