Issue with notification email not received

Hi,

Once a client submits an order, we are not receiving the notification that and order was submitted, even though we changed the email address where it should arrive. The notification should arrive at ventas@electrobaires.com. The client receives it just fine, but we don't.

Can you please tell us where we should do the adjustments?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're having an issue with not receiving notification email when a user submits your form. I took a look at our bounce list and ventas@electrobaires.com isn't in the bounce list. Please take a moment to check your email client's Spam or Junk folder to ensure that the email didn't end up there. Additionally, you can add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts list and whitelist our common domain names and IP addresses. Additionally, our email logs show that an email was successfully sent to ventas@electrobaires.com.

Also, you can clear your form caches by following this guide to refresh your forms. Remove existing notification emails, then create a new one to see if that resolves the issue.
