    Hi Imnewson02,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotfor Support. I understand that you want to create a report for the total of all submissions made to your form. If so, yes, that can be possible with Jotform Report Builder, you can easily generate visual reports that are based on your submission data. You will be able to see the total number for each product purchased from all the submissions if you used the Donut, Pie, Columns, and Bar chart type. I recommend checking out our guide on How to Create a Visual Report.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi, I have a table for the data already. I'm asking if I can pull data from the "Product List" that's on the form and make it a column. On my table the "Product List" is in this column "Number of family member attending the reunion by age...". It has a "Total" that I want to put in its own column.

    Hi LaTonia,

Thanks for getting back to us. Creating a separate column for the Product List's total amount on the Jotform Tables is not available. A workaround is to insert the total amount of the Product List into a new hidden field conditionally on the form and then show that field on the Jotform Tables.

However, if we set it up on your form now it will only be applied to submissions made after, not to the existing submissions on your form, unless you resubmit them.

Let us know if that would work for you so we can help you set it up on your form.

I'm okay with that. I can resubmit the existing forms to get them updated. How do I get that done?

    Hi LaTonia,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can choose to resubmit the form utilizing the Edit Form functionality provided within your Jotform Tables. Unfortunately, bulk resubmission is not possible, and it must be done individually. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Tables page, select the 3 dots located at the right of the first Column.
    2. Now, select Edit Entry.
    3. Once the Form is populated, scroll down and click on Submit. Can I create a report for total product ordered to my form? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi LaTonia,

Thanks for getting back to us. Let me show you how to insert the total amount from the Product List into a new hidden field using Update/Calculate Field condition:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
    2. Under Basic, drag and drop the Short Text element to add it to your form.
    3. Right-click on the Short text field, and select Hide. Can I create a report for total product ordered to my form? Image 1 Screenshot 70

Now, let's set up the condition to copy the value from your Product List to the Short Text field:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left, and click on Add condition. Can I create a report for total product ordered to my form? Image 2 Screenshot 81
    3. Select Update/Calculate Field condition. Can I create a report for total product ordered to my form? Image 3 Screenshot 92
    4. Now, set up the conditions. You can copy my conditions as shown below.
    5. Lastly, click on Save. Can I create a report for total product ordered to my form? Image 4 Screenshot 103

You can follow my colleague's instructions to edit the entry, ensuring that the previous submission data will populate the newly added field.
