Appointment: Allow multiple attendees per slot.

I have setup a calendar for individuals to book time slots over a two month period. There are multiple time slots on the calendar but how I have it setup it will only allow the individual to select one slot on the calendar. Is it possible in the appoints to allow more than one appointment select per calendar?

    Thanks

    Hi Beverly,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Appointment field? If yes, you can change the Appointment Type from One to Group. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
    2. Go to the Advanced tab, and select Group for the Appointment Type.
    3. Select your desired maximum attendees per slot.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Here’s the form that I have https://form.jotform.com/241335105971048 The form will only allow the user to select one date per calendar. I would like for them to select several dates on the calendar.

    Hi Beverly,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry I misunderstood your first message, but things are much clearer now. It's currently not possible to select more than one slot in the Appointment field. As a workaround, you can add a Single Choice element and more Appointment fields to your form. Then, use the Show/Hide Field features in Conditional Logic in order to display Appointment fields based on the selected number of slots that the form filler selected. Let me walk you through it, step by step:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. From the Basic tab, drag and drop Single Choice onto your form, above the Appointment field.
    3. Label it with something like "How many time slots do you want to book?"
    4. Add options for the number of slots.

Next, you need to add one Appointment field for each office, since you only have two time slots as options. The quickest way to do that is to duplicate the Appointment field that you already have. Here's how to do that:

    1. Click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
    2. Go to the General tab.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom, and click on Duplicate.

Lastly, let's set up conditions or Conditional Logic to show or hide the duplicate Appointment field. Let's do it:

    1. Still in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
    2. Go to Conditions, and select Show/Hide Field.
    3. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below: Appointment: Allow multiple attendees per slot Screenshot 82
    4. Click on Save.

    Here's a screencast of how it's done:
