Hello! I love this system, but cannot figure out why my Paypal will not work, I tried the regular Paypal and it did not link via the profile email. I tried using paypal express and provided the API information and still the error message popped up. Please let me know how I can fix this. I want to use this system and welcome your help.

I never saw that error message before on our forms. You can check here the PayPal API errors:
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/errors/
This issue might be related to the logo of your form or to the Checkout Logo image. Did you maybe upload the Checkout Logo inside of the integration settings?
You also remove the logo from your form and I also saw that your are now using PayPal standard integration on this form - http://www.jotform.us/form/81508236140146
I tested that form and the PayPal integration is working properly. I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page when I submitted the form.
Is your previous issue with the PayPal Standard integration resolved?

I think you helped me, figure out , my issue. I did not want the
registrants to have to log into a paypal account. What if they don't have

I assume that you wanted to ask "What if they don't have a PayPal account?".
If a user does not have a PayPal account he/she can create it on the PayPal checkout page or he/she can select debit or credit card option and pay with debit/ credit card.
