Jotform and Power Automate issue

    Are there issues today with Jotform and Power automate not communicating with each other?

    Hi Camila,

    My form is on a free jotform account and I can not use any of the 2 power automate connectors.

    The first one does not want to connect (undefined time waiting) :

    The second one connect, but does not show any workspace nor Form ...

    Hi trevorcho04,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please try to use a different browser or incognito mode to see if the issue persists? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. I tested my form using Power Automate and could not replicate the issue on my end. Check out my screenshot below to see my result:

    Hi James,

    I tried opening a private window in microsoft edge = same infinite loading page.

    I downloaded Chrome and opened the login page = same infinite loading page.

    I have Premium power automate access.

    If it can help, my Power automate is not the same as my jotform account.

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    I'm having the same issue not being able to connect to Jotform through Power Automate. Looking forward to a solution.
