Jotform Mobile App is glitching

    I deleted my Jotform app as it was glitching. Re installed it and it is still glitching please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  When I tried to access my account on the Jotform Mobile Forms App, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Also, on what device are you having this issue? If you can take a screenshot, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. Additionally, please make sure to install the latest version to make sure you have the latest bug fixes and app improvements.

    All of my other apps are working perfectly except for Jotform. Yesterday l tried to use it but it wouldn’t work. I deleted the app, downloaded it again, turned the phone completely off & on again, however it still would not work. The device l have always used the Jotform app is an iPhone 6. It is always updated. I took this phone to be checked at Apple and they told me the phone is fine, is updated and has no bug. Why after all these years of doing Jotform on the iPhone 6 is it refusing to work?

    Hi Sofi,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that the iOS version of the older model of iPhones has an OS limit upgrade. Since we continue to upgrade our app, your operating system (OS) version may not be able to keep up due to upgrade limitations in your device's OS.

    To confirm this, you can try using the app using a different device or any newer iPhone models, and see if you encounter the same issue. If the app works fine on the other device, it means that the issue is with your iPhone 6.

    Hi Sofi,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try updating your iOS to the latest version it can, then reinstalling the app once more, and see how it goes? Also, if you happen to be using any VPN on your phone, can you disable it and see if that can make it work? If none of those work, can you send us a video of the issue for us to investigate further? Additionally, can you tell us the iOS version of your iPhone?
