Hi there,
I have deleted all submissions and uploads yet nothing is showing in the Trash and it's saying that my account is disabled because I have no room left? I have tried logging in/out, clearing my cache, restarting both my phone and desktop computer and nothing is changing?
Cheers,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry that you're having difficulties with this after deleting and purging your entries. I've gone ahead and recalculated your limits, and your Upload Space is now 0.00B/100.00MB.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.

Gibby_NicoleReplied on June 15, 2024 at 3:15 PMHello again!
I have run into the same issue. I've deleted submissions yet when I go to
empty trash, it says there are no deleted entries? I've considered
upgrading but honestly don't need 1000 submissions a month! I average maybe
10-15.
Cheers,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
I recalculated your upload space, and it now shows as 0.00 B / 100.00 MB. If you successfully purged the entries, please be advised that the upload space may take some time to update.
In addition, I checked your other usage limits, and it appears that you have already exceeded your monthly Signed Document limit. Keep in mind that the Starter plan only allows you to collect 10 signed documents. When you reach this monthly limit, your forms will display the message "Form over quota". You can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period or upgrade your account to increase your limits.
