Form: How to have multiple payment option?

For my 2018 Emerging Technology Conference Registration form...

How cann I create an option to bypass payment options if a user wants an invoice rather than paying with paypal/credit card?

In the area of "payment options" if they select "invoice me" i'd like it to automatically let them submit without being redirected to the paypal website.

You could use conditions SHOW/HIDE to hide or show the payment field.

You could also create two forms and merged them using the Iframe widget.
