    Restoring deleted forms can only be done by going to the Trash folder of your account. All deleted forms and any submissions for those forms will be permanently deleted after 30 days. But if the form has been deleted from your trash folder, we can no longer restore it. Let me show you how to restore your deleted forms:

    1. Log in to your account, under My Forms, look for the Trash folder on the left panel, and click on it.
    2. Under Trash Folder, check the box of the form that you would like to restore
    3. Then click the restore button.
