Emails not being sent to one of the recipient.

One of the email recipients on a notification email stopped receiving emails. I checked the log, and the emails are not being sent. The other recipient listed is receiving them.

Removed and re-added. Confirmed correct spelling.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your forms and I can see that there are two different recipients. Can you please let us know which one is not getting the email so we can investigate this further?

Yeah, I tried splitting it into two to troubleshoot. Ron West is the one it's not sending to.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked the email address in our log and it was in the bounce list. I've gone ahead and removed it. Can you please try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persist please let us know and we can investigate it further.

It worked for a time, but the same person is now not receiving emails again.

I went ahead and removed ronwest@mastersacademy.org from our bounce list. I suggest reaching out to your email service provider and ask them to Whitelist Jotform's IP Addresses and Domains to prevent your email from being added to our bounce list.
