Conditions on a form with specific age values.

I have created my form and would like create a condition for children ages 1 -14 so they don't need to complete it. I have created the condion to hide and unrequire fields for children ages 1-14. Does each age 1,2,3,4...14 need to be added. I have used 1-14 and 1 to 14 without success. thank you for the help.

Use Number field

Then in your condition, use Less Than
