When customers complete the online waiver, we really do not want them to have the option to choose from a previous entry. One guy said, "Hey, I am just going to use someone else's email. It is faster than typing my own."
Can this be changed?

This issue could be related to the browser autofill settings. Please try to disable the autofill on your device and then re-check the form.

You are my hero for the day! Of course it was that easy. I thought because all the tablets were pulling up the same info it was JotForm related. Slap my forehead!
