How does it charge a card? What if I need to refund the applicant? What does the cc transaction post as?
I'm planning to link our Braintree account and upgrade our Jotform account.
Is there support over the phone?

To integrate your form with Braintree, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/463-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Braintree
The integration basically asks the user's for their credit card information and the info is sent through a secure connection to the Braintree API where the payment is processed.
If you need to refund a payment this needs to be done from your Braintree account, JotForm will not serve as a dashboard for payments, the forms will only allow you to collect the payments and send the info to your Braintree account.
