When I get responses, the titles (question text) are incorrect. If I log onto Jotform and go to the form and look at the submissions from there, the titles are correct. In the emails, the question texts are from a previous form, and I need to change them. Where can I change them? I'm including a screenshot of one of the response emails with the incorrect dates.

I cloned your Form ID: 60554336068962 and made a test submission but I can't seem to replicate the issue.
The email notification of the form.
The form, it has the same fields as the email notification received.
If you still experience the issue, kindly remove your notification and add it again.
