HI there,
I've a form with an address field, and I've manage to strip the headers and to add a link to google map. However, I would like to see the map in my email if possible as described in the screenshot below

It seems that it is not possible to show a Google map inside of the email Notification.
I will test this a bit more and I will update you if I find a way to do it.

Thanks for that, however I can see the map in the PDF file under 'submissions'...is there a way to get this PDF emailed into my mail box instead? I can see the forward option, but I'm not interested in this...I want it to be emailed to me automatically each time when someone fill the form...is it possible to do that?

You can try generating a static map image using Google Maps API. Check the next website for more information:

Open the next link to get an image code example, it should be added to the source of the email:
