Can i add collaborator per folder?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no option to add collaborators all at once. However, you can easily add collaborators to your form and share the collaborator link with them. This will generate a unique session URL that you can then share with others. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Add Collaborators button at the top right.
2. Next, click Copy Link and share with the users.

Now everyone you share the link with will be able to collaborate whether they have a Jotform account or not.

Can collaborators edit the form?

Hi Jonus,

Yes, collaborators can edit the form, and any changes are automatically saved. But please keep in mind that the collaboration link is only valid for 72 hours. Refresh the link to create a new one. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, select Add Collaborators in the upper-right corner.
2. Click the Refresh icon beside the link.
3. In the confirmation dialog, click on Yes, Generae a New Link.
