Hi,
i need to create this form to create cards for a music club, people should go on this form, compilate it and then...should they receive a mail with their compilated form (i tried to compilate it but i didn't receive nothing to the mail that i insert in the "Email" space), and then they should print it.The mail doesn't arrive and with the "Print Botton" is complicated because they should print the web page, and my text is really long so they should print 2 or 3 pages.How can i fix this problem? -

It is not possible to include a print button in the body of the email. Most email clients have a print function built in or they can print from the browser. If you want to sent the text from your form, you can either attach a PDF of the submission data to the email:

And include the headers and text for your form in the email:

Or modify the body of the email to include your form text:
